Media Library & File Uploads

Use Media → Add New to upload files (PDF, ZIP, images, etc.) and link them in wiki pages.

Step-by-Step

1. Dashboard → Media → Add New
   (or top admin bar → + New → Media)
2. Drag & drop or Select Files
   • Max size: check Bluehost (usually 256 MB)
   • Allowed: .pdf .docx .zip .png .jpg .mp4 etc.
3. After upload → click file → Copy URL (bottom-right)
4. Link in Wiki

Pro Tips

• Organize: Prefix filenames → wiki-rules-2025.pdf
• Replace file: Re-upload same name → URL stays the same
• No SSH? Use cPanel → File Manager for bulk
